After our buyer has reviewed your items, we will make you a cash offer with a 50% premium for resale store credit. In other words, if we offer you $20 in cash then our resale store credit offer would be $30. Our resale store credit can be used on items in the store that have been previously owned; resale store credit cannot be used on our new product lines because of the difference in Cost of Goods. Resale store credit does, however, retain its cash value. It never expires and you may use all or some and then cash-out the balance ($3 of resale store credit always equals $2 cash).

It is our long-term goal to process your items while you wait and make you an offer on the spot. We are working fervently towards that end.
