Check our list of what we buy and sell and have a look at our Policies and Procedures for guidelines and tips on presentation - we are SO strict about stains, excessive wear, missing buttons, holes, or any other defect. We buy outright (as opposed to traditional consignment - see our FAQs) and will look at all seasons but can offer more if it is in season. What we are able to offer you is based on current market value. We strive to maintain a balance between great prices for our customers and appealing prices for you.

After our buyer has reviewed your items, we will make you an offer. If you choose to accept our offer, you then decide whether you would like to paid by check or store credit. Store credit is kept on file at the store, never expires, and can be cashed out at any time. When you use your store credit to buy previously owned items a 20% discount will be applied at the time of purchase.

Please help us keep turn around times short by following our presentation requirements (NO bags) and by picking up your returns as soon as possible. If you prefer, we are glad to facilitate the donation of items we are not able to accept to Welcome Baby.
